Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Post-Shipment:
- Orders cannot be canceled once the product has been shipped.
- If you cancel after dispatch, you will bear:
- Transaction fees
- Logistic charges (both ways)
Refusal at Delivery:
- Customers can refuse the merchandise at delivery, subject to the following deductions:
- Accessories: Minimum ₹400
- Ukuleles: Minimum ₹800
- Guitars, Amplifiers, and Keyboards: Minimum ₹2000 (or as per product value)
Refund Initiation:
- Refunds will only be processed after the package is received back at our facility and verified as a return.
- Refunds will be transferred within 3 to 5 business days as per banking and payment gateway norms.

Cancellation of EMI Orders:
- EMI orders processed through payment gateways such as Snapmint, Razorpay, or CC Avenue cannot be canceled.
Refund Terms for Cancelled Orders:
- For canceled orders, deductions will be made based on:
  - a. 9% of the total order value, OR
  - b. Payment gateway charges, whichever is higher.
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used.
- Processing time: 5-10 business days.
Partial Cancellations:
- Partial cancellations of EMI orders will follow the same deduction policy for the canceled portion.
Non-Refundable Charges:
- Processing fees, EMI charges, and interest accrued on EMI are non-refundable.
Cancellation Period:
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the item has not been shipped.
Returns Post-Delivery:
- For returns, refer to the Return Policy.
Exceptions:
- Cancellation charges may be waived in case of:
- Defective products
- Shipping errors on our part
