Applicable only for transit damage or defective products.
Proof of Transit Damage
Customers must provide an unboxing video as proof of transit damage.
Without an unboxing video, returns or refunds will not be considered.
Defective Products:
Products from Yamaha, Roland, Zoom, Boss, Hartke, and Casio will be sent to their authorized service centers for repair.
Shipping Costs:
Within the first 3 days, Prathmesh Music will cover shipping costs for returns.
After 3 days, customers must cover shipping charges for warranty claims.
Package Refusals:
If the package is refused without an unboxing video, refunds will be issued after deducting forward and return transit costs.
Incorrect Buyer Information:
Refunds for returns due to incorrect addresses or contact details will be processed after deducting transit costs.
Refund Process:
Refunds are initiated the next day after receiving the item at our Mumbai facility (Pin: 421301).
Refunds take 5-8 working days to reflect in the buyer’s account, as per bank norms. Transaction ID can be provided upon request.
Return Item Requirements:
Original packaging, owner’s manual, warranty card, and invoice copy must be included.
The product must not show signs of wear, abuse, or tampering.
Non-Returnable Items:
Strings, reeds, software, soundcards, tubes, earphones, traditional wind instruments, harmonicas, drumheads, sticks, cartridges, used clothing, body jewelry, books, CDs, DVDs, and other hygiene-related items are non-returnable unless defective.
Limitations and Exclusions
The following are not covered under warranty:
Wear and tear:
Fret, saddle, nut wear, and strings (including pre-installed ones).
Drumheads and drum accessories.
Accessories:
USB cables, power adapters, and non-instrument items.
Environmental damage:
Cracks, splitting, or warping due to temperature/humidity changes.
Rust or corrosion caused by moisture or salty air.
Modifications and misuse:
Customizations or modifications from factory standards.
Damage from unauthorized servicing.
Normal usage
Wear on jacks, controls, switches, tuners, pickguards, zippers, and cases.
Exclusions:
Products without serial numbers or purchased outside of prathmeshmusic.in.
Damage from battery leaks, Acts of Nature, theft, or accidents.
Cleaning of electronics due to exposure to dirt or dust.
