Warranty Coverage
The 3-Year Standard Warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
- Manufacturing defects in structure and build
- Hardware or electronic component failure (if applicable)
- Internal defects not caused by external damage
- Functional issues arising from factory faults
If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, it will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
Eligibility for 3-Year Warranty
• The product must be purchased directly from Prathmesh Music Store (offline or online).
• The original invoice is mandatory for any warranty claim.
• Warranty validity starts from the date of delivery or in-store purchase.
• Only selected brands and models qualify for the extended 3-year coverage (clearly mentioned on product page/invoice).
What is Not Covered
- Physical damage, accidental drops, impact damage
- Water, moisture, humidity or climate-related damage
- Burns, electrical surges, improper voltage usage
- Normal wear and tear (strings, drum heads, cosmetic scratches, polishing issues)
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Damage caused due to negligence or misuse
Warranty Claim Process
To claim warranty service:

- Share invoice copy and clear photos/videos of the issue.
- Our technical team will evaluate the issue.
- If approved, we will guide you through repair or replacement procedure.
In certain cases, customers may be required to bring the product to our store or ship it securely for inspection.
