24-Hour Reporting Window
Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours from delivery time, return or replacement requests will not be accepted.
Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement
- Product received is physically damaged during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect (non-functional on arrival)
- Missing items in the package
Mandatory Requirements
- Unboxing video is compulsory (starting from sealed package opening)
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- Original packaging must be preserved
- Original invoice or order confirmation required
Without an unboxing video, claims for physical damage will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Products used, altered, or modified after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Accessories, strings, consumables, or customized items
Return Approval Process
- Contact us within 24 hours via Email or WhatsApp.
- Share order details + unboxing video + issue proof.
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 working hours.
- If approved, pickup or return instructions will be provided.
Replacement / Refund Policy
• Approved cases will be eligible for replacement.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after product inspection.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
Important Notes

• Products must be unused and in original condition.
• The company reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet policy requirements.
