Location: Prathmesh Music Store
Assist customers in selecting instruments, demonstrate product features, achieve sales targets, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Customer Support Representative
Experience: 1–3 Years
Location: Store + Online Support
Handle calls, emails, and chats. Provide product information, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Music Gear Specialist
Experience: 1–4 Years
Location: Prathmesh Music Store
Guide customers in choosing the right instruments and accessories. Stay updated with the latest music gear and trends.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive

Location: Remote + Store Support
