The wood is of excellent quality and feels very durable. However, the brass ring is not smoothly polished and has rough, sharp edges that can scratch or cut the skin, causing bruises when the instrument is played for an extended period. Additionally, the black paint is chipping off much too quickly with regular use. The overall build quality would be much better if the brass ring had a smoother finish and the paint were more durable.
